Steven was awesome! Patient! Helpful, knowledgeable and everyone in the office was kind and never acted bothered. We always want to work with people who don’t make us feel like a bother. The staff truly loved their jobs and showed through their care for my needs. Thank you!!!!

Thanks for waiting a week before my contacts run out to tell me you won’t take my insurance. I told all the people to bill my medical but no one bothered to listen. Now you tell me you are “out of network” for any medical insurance?? That makes no sense, especially since I got an eye exam next year. Try paying attention to what people tell you. And god forbid I ask questions about this issue - such rudeness and annoyance from the staff. The only good news is now I don’t have to go onto the office - 5 people standing around 1... read more

Well, first the commercials are a lie. The 2 for 69.95 would have cost me 234 dollars in the end. I ended up using insurance and getting a 79.95 and 59.95 pair for 34 bucks. That's a way better deal with insurance. If my son's glasses come out ok I'll add a star. But until then. The doctor also told me that my son had glaucoma, he is 14. He didn't say I'm going to send you to a specialist to try and figure out why his eye pressure is so high. This is the Best place to get contacts and glasses, I had worn contacts for years,Decided to try glasses, I guess I'm not good for glasses, always had them bent. Would stop in, many times I might add, and Marc was ,awesome at getting them back in shape. I decided they weren't for me, so I went back to get contacts, so patient explaining my options. I will never go any where else and you can't beat the prices

They ordered the wrong frames for me, told me they'd put a rush on them to get me the correct ones....a week later and I'm still waiting. And when I call, they don't seem to care much. Their mistake and I pay the price. Horrible customer service!

This place is miss leading on their prices, the sign on window says one price but once they pull you in their office they give you a way bigger price, they tell you oh you need different lenses just so they can up your price. Which they dont tell you that in their commercial. I dont see how they can get away with miss leading and miss inform their customers. They should be held accountable for price gouging. 2 pairs of glasses and eye exam cost me $360!!!! And still can't see. After 3 years I give up! Told doctor and he tells me that my brain needs to adjust. What the hell!! My opinion. See someone else and spend the same amount for better service.

Great service.
