Had 9 am appointment, waited 45 minutes for doc to show, no show, so I left!

Worst customer service I’ve ever had, manager is rude and not helpful at all. Called to ask for a refund and she said she couldn’t do it over the phone now but could call back in an hour when she wasn’t busy. I politely declined and asked her to take the two minutes to do it now and she hung up. Now the refuse to answer their phones when I call. Would never recommend going their!
The prices are fantastic and they have a big selection of frames for the whole family

I had to pay more just because something was wrong with my left eyes vision. Never again will I ever go back.
Walked in at 6 pm with my boyfriend who scheduled it and automatically got a weird vibe from everyone in the store working, not very friendly except for maybe 1 lady! My boyfriend wanted to do the 2 pair for $75 dollars and when he got up to pay for everything it totaled to $99. The lady who assisted us with the Mickey Mouse tattoo was very unfriendly, seemed like she cared more about the time and how much longer she had to be there, she was not very helpful at all, did not inform us that the two prices have to be the same i... read more
