I went here last week with my mother to get her some new glasses. Everyone was so polite and professional from the moment we walked in. We were greeted right away by the young lady at the front desk and we did not wait long to see the doctor. The doctor to was very knowledgeable and would recommend him to everyone. Rachel was the one who helped my mother with her glasses and she really knows her stuff and is great at giving opinions. I love this place. Did great with my kids. Good prices i got 6 pairs for under 300 and only 2 out of 3 of us were covered
Had great customer service. Took both kids there to get their glasses. I was pleased with not only the price but also the quality!
Went to Sam's and the lady was terible so I left and went to the Rossford Ohio store. They were wonderful and very helpful. No pressure and got a great deal on my glasses. Love this location and will recommend to anyone to go there. Selection was great and I can only rave about the staff.
Will never go back to this place again!! Worst customer service! Waited for my husbands glasses for over 3 weeks while they sat in the store. They said they tried to call us but our line was disconnected! UGH! Lies! I asked them why didn't they send us a postcard to notify us. NO answer. We paid almost $400 for one pair of glasses and they sure did cash that check fast enough. So upset....we are senior citizens and we need our glasses!
