Bad customer service. They will cancel your appointment. Some employees are unprofessional. The doctors choose not to take certain patients and appointments. This location used to be a lot better.
An employee melted my lenses when I went in for an adjustment on my glasses and the store manager and district manager are refusing to fix them. I have never in my life experienced such terrible customer service. Thry should be ashamed. Refusing to fix a mistake an employee made is unacceptable. I have kept my glasses in pristine condition for over 8 years and now I am without them because they were ruined by someone who was too busy gossiping to pay attention to my property.… See more
We ordered my sons contacts on Sept 3rd. We were told could take up to two weeks but should be sooner. It’s going on over two weeks can’t get any answers. Wife called was told she was talking to manager(he was not) and that she would get a phone call, no such call came. So I call speak with guy who talked to my wife who claimed to be manager, now saying his manager just walked in and he needed to talk with her about it. I say no I would like to talk to her. Our daughter purchased glasses when in town and America’ Best said they could ship them to her when ready. The promised date passed and we called only to find out they hadn’t shipped yet because they lost her address. We gave them the address again. A week later, still no glasses so we call back and they said they hadn’t shipped because they were waiting for us to call and confirm the address. Today, they call again asking for the address. Yes the staff was polite, helpful... but their ads are false advertising. Very misleading! I got 2 pair of glasses for almost 300.00 with no single lenses etc.
