I would just like to say that I am extremely disappointed in my experience at the Greece NY location. First, anytime I have had an appointment there, I have to wait way past my appointment time. If my appointment is at 5, I am not seen until almost 6! Then on the time I order my glasses & cash out, we are talking about at least a 2-hour process. Secondly, I recently had an appointment on 12/07/22 & ordered 2 pairs, one pair with sunglass lenses & one without, however, the employee put the sunglass lenses on the wrong pair s... read more
