My husband had excellent service here back in May :)
2 hours! The lady that went to order my lenses had NO IDEA what she was doing on the computer. I had to finally ask her if she could ask someone to help her. Was with her for over 30 minutes. Never going back.
Was quick, easy and painless. Ladies there were so nice and I felt completely comfortable which is saying a lot because I hate eye exams.
Wait time is ridiculous. Staffing appears to be an issue. The staff is nice though!
I went in to get 2 new pairs of glasses, exam was fast and dr hardly saw me or spoke to me. The lady who helped me fit my glasses was arguing with me about what i did/didn't order because a week plus later they got one of my 2 pairs wrong (I had pictures saved of the ones I ordered) and she still tried to correct me. I tried to cancel the second pair of glasses and they gave attitude about me doing so, so I said screw it just call when they come in and yet again more attitude from them.
