Was not asked what kind of appointment I was going in for when I called. I Told the guy at pre screening I was there for glasses only when he asked. Doctor said he was giving me trial pair of contacts (so I assumed it would not be a chrage being a trial) Store employee Nancy has "no idea when her manager will be in" either. Doctor Zhou was excellent, staff i dealt with is incompetent to me. They do not explain things at all/clearly. Scam tactics. You know what I mean?
