I've gone go the location in North Arlington twice now. I originally purchased a special package that got me 3 years with of eye exams. I regret that! The eye doctor is great, his tech is great but the receptionists are the worst. Everyone on the front side acts like you're an inconvenience to their personal conversations. Heaven forbid there is a problem they get an attitude and blame you then try to prove you wrong... Both times I've gone have been here for glasses or contacts there have been issues. I saved a lot of money, the staff was friendly and I was in and out. Last year I paid $375 for a pair of glasses compared to $88 with transitions. The frame I chose this year cost more than my previous frames. I arrived at 9:17 am and was out by 9:51 am. Casandra was wonderful. I will definitely be back.
I came in yesterday for an eye examination and ended up purchasing two pair of glasses. The whole experience was very pleasant and everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. They also have a good selection of frames. I only wish they carried some of the higher end designers, such as Oakley, Prada and Burberry.
