I have gone here before about 4 years ago and had a pleasant experience so when it was time for another eye exam I went back. However this time I did not have a pleasant experience. Long story short they were having a problem with my insurance and I could tell the girl I was working with was newer so I do not fault her at all and I was trying to be very patient but it’s when her senior advisor came over and wouldn’t listen to the solution I was offering nor would she even look at my insurance card that I was trying to show h... read more
