Receptionist didn’t verify what I was there for. I mean, I figured she already knew because when I made the appointment I set it up for both, glasses and contacts prescription. Somehow I ended up getting an eye exam for glasses prescription only. You always have to verify what someone is there for. The ophthalmologist was very nice, and professional. My experience was miserable. Almost every time I went to pick up glasses, there was an issue. Three times the lenses came back scratched and once the frames were permanently damaged. I would think after a couple of bad instances they would check the glasses before telling me they’re ready to be picked up. It took them almost a month to refund my frames and never addressed the last time the lenses were scratched. The staff was okay but non apologetic. Dr. Lopez did a great job.
