Overall a pretty good experience. Still getting used to the new glasses, but that's expected. I wasn't 100% sold on the exam for my left eye, but it may be just fine. Staff was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. The one that helped me with my order was awesome! On the negative side, I have worn glasses for almost 50 years. I have ALWAYS been given a glasses case with each new pair of glasses without fail as well a a new microfiber cloth for cleaning since they evolved. Not here. You have to guy them. I have never had so many problems getting contacts in my life. When I went in for my first check-up after enrolling in the three year membership, no one could find my file with the glasses and contacts prescription in it that I got FROM America's Best. When I went in for my follow-up for my new contacts prescription, they couldn't find my information from the visit at the one year mark but they found my initial glasses and contacts information. Just picked up my glasses and Cathy the person that helped me was so great. She helped me pick my frames and took so much time helping me. I will go back when I ever need anything done on my glasses as long as she is there. What great customer service she gave me.
