My first experience with them was being 5 minutes late to my appointment I drove an hour and a half to get to due to road construction (imagine that) and being told my appointment had already been taken by someone else and I, “should have planned for that” Had to sit there and wait 2 hours for the next available appointment. Didn’t take my insurance (Blue Cross). And now in the middle of a pandemic on the verge of the “second wave” they refuse to sell me contacts without an exam because my prescription expired one and a half... read more
I wish I could write a pleasant review. My daughter went with me to my doctor's appointment and is turning 7 in two months. I understand there are rules but I asked the doctor and he said it was perfectly fine to make her an appointment. I did and my daughter was so excited! On the day of her appointment they called and cancelled the doctor had fallen ill which I once again understand. What ticks me off is it seems the rest of the doctors are anti children and absolutely refused to see my daughter. I called several locations... read more

Wonderful people, very good service, good prices. Just picked up my glasses and love them! This is a great company to deal with. My husband had a bit of a problem when he got his awhile back, but I emailed the company,and got an response right away. I got emails and a personal call from from the company. How often does that ever happen?? They handled it wonderfully. I can never thank them enough!!
I was in and out, the staff was kind. I cant belive the negative reviews...are you sure you mean this location??? They rock!!!
Worst eye Care place ever, u wait forever to never be seen, and when u finally do they tell u to come back or.they can't help u I just realized ordered glasses to just get a fone call saying that half my glasses are in and I'd have to wait longer? So the literally called me to tell.me I have to wait! Why even call? Why not wait for whole set to come in
