I spent a good amount of time deciding which frames to use for which prescription. Two different staff members checked and double checked my order, yet after 1 week of waiting I received both RX in the same frame! I mentioned it to them so they had to re-order the correct frames. I mistakenly told them the wrong RX to reorder, so I called them within an 30 minutes to say I was mistaken and went into the store the next day to ensure we had everything correct. The lady who did my exam was so rude and when I told them I had contacts before they looked at me like I had 2 heads just was very very rude and didn't listen to anything I had to say ! I've been in customer service for over 5 years so when I get poor customer service it gets to me because I know how great customer service is supposed to be given and the customer service I was given was what you would get from a trashy fast food place DONT COME HERE !!! Rude rude unhappy people 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
I've been coming here for over 20 years. The prices are unbeatable. But... They have only one doctor doing eye exams. And the waiting area just continues to fill up. Other than that I have no complaints. Super friendly staff.
