Service was great and very polite, but didn't not like the fact that your pressured to add more and more things to you eyeglasses as though they are car salesman. Gives the appearance that they are on commission or in competition with other sales reps to sell more things.
We were given great service and there was a large selection of glasses to choose from! The staff was SUPER friendly! Thanks for getting us in and out pretty quickly!
Yesterday was my 1st visit at the Bartlett location! Dr. Wilcox was AWESOME!!
They were great!!! Nice from beginning to end. Needed new glasses as I haven't been to an eye doctor in 3 years! Getting some great frames, 2, for a great price. ���...and when I ready to get contacts back, I will be getting them from here!

I am taking this opportunity to tell "the powers that be" how much I LOVE the tv ad with the woman talking to the owl. On my worst days (and I've had many recently) when that commercial comes on I'll stop to watch and it always make me smile. Thank you for that. Your li'l actess is just "AHG, SO CUTE"!!!

Great quick service amazing staff only one thing put me off I got the 69.99 deal and I got an extra eye exam for 15$ and ended up paying 114$ I don't understand why I got nothing extra for the glasses
