Please verify the customer's insurance before an eye exam. I just paid for my daughter's exam even though we're covered through my job. 1st bad experience here but needless to say I won't be back.

The best service ever!
They have great prices and the eye care club saves you a lot. However, the employees are not always informed or seem to know what they are doing. I made an appointment today to follow up and fix my prescription for contacts. It was for 3:30pm and waited almost an hour past appointment time to be seen! This is not acceptable. However, once I informed them of this information, the staff saw to it that I was taken care of right away and given extra boxes of contacts to make up for the wait time.
