I had a great experience on Saturday with Cathy. She was so helpful in assisting in picking out frames and explaining all the options. Can't wait till my new glasses arrive.
I just walked into this location, and was told they were booked solid, and that they could not see me. I understand the importance of making appointments, but I am usually busy on Saturday mornings, and actually had a few hours on this day, and saw that this store was obviously not busy. There was ONE car in the parking lot, and ZERO customers waiting to be seen. If they had actually been busy, I would have understood. But they were not. Best service EVER! I'm beyond impressed. I continually buy the same frames EVERY YEAR (15years) and 3 techs came over to help me! The Doctor was amazing but Andrea was the BEST. 😃 I got an eye exam plus 2 free eye exams (2 more years), 2 pair of super cute glasses 👓 with scratch resistance and a box of contacts for $200! 🙌🏽😜 best company in AMERICA!!!! Thanks guys!!!!
