My husband and I both purchased contact lens and eye glasses spending in excess of $700 and $70 contributed from our insurance only to have him given a trial contact lens solution kit for disposable and I given absolutely nothing for monthly wear. It is the little details that matter America's Best and you all dropped the ball! Fortunately, you are not the only game in town because you lost these customers.

I used to use eyewear gallery in lauralwood,but came here because my new insurance didn’t have vision. Instead of paying $500 for one pair of glasses,I ended up getting 2 pairs for around $200 with my exam included. I recently decided to give contacts a try so I went back for that. Everyone there is cool. Trish was especially helpful as well as the bald guy with the goatee who’s name I can’t remember. My contacts were lost in shipping and they fixed my problem without hesitation.

I tell you I absolutely am a fan of this company! Took my husband to Memphis the week of 1/24 for his bday. He broke his glasses before coming down. Our 1st greeting into the city was the police for speeding! Well Officer he broke his glasses. I called and was immediately offered an appointment. Went and everyone was courteous. Told them our situation and they jumped on it. They did his exam, offered to ship his glasses, printed us a paper script and drew up a map on where to go to get glasses made immeadiately. The staff was very helpful and very professional the store has a tons of frames to pick from everybody was there to help it was my first eye exam they make you feel comfortable
