I was very pleased with the exam and Customer Service I received today. Very satisfied and will be using this location annually.
I went here a couple of months ago, I love all americas best but this store is by far the best! The tech was friendly and funny,and he explained what the machines do when I asked. I had help picking out my glasses with emily, she's the sweetest, she would tell me if they looked good and if they didn't she would tell me why, not just said "no they don't look good". Had a great experience. Emily was superb! Professional, patient, and she really cares. Doreen was likewise exceptional. Dr. Morette is one of the best eye doctors I have had. And I have been wearing hard contacts for over 30 years. Kudos to mgr of store #5388.

I have a 4:20 appt... I have watched employees pile other files in front of mine with the time on them.. 4:30, 4:45, etc.. These patients were taken before me.. Why???
Worst experience EVER! Brand new $300 dollar glasses...lenses should not be loose after 2 visits to try and fix them. Customer service was an epic fail. I went here for convenience because it's close to my house, big mistake. Manager could care less and was very condescending.
