If y'all value great customer service and friendliness, America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses (located in Selma, Tx at the Forum Shopping Center) is NOT the place to go. For one, my daughter's glasses have been delayed - they were supposed to get here 8/21. But I get it, the postal system is a mess right now. What made things worse, the customer service was HORRIBLE. RecommendedStaff is friendly doctor is a good doctor. Takes her time listens to your concerns and answers questions. Very good experience overall.
My husband and I were clients three times. In the first all very well, but from the second and third visit (which was today) Terrible service by the staff. They did not offer us any option for our case and they also answered us rudely and if that were not enough, we had to ask them to clean our glasses, since they returned them dirty, with the fingerprints of the person who attended us. Today I went to the Agora location and met with a lady named Jackie. She assisted me within 5 mins. and had me taken care of in less than five mins. I had previously bought a couple of pairs of glasses from your location and one pair got accidentally stepped on. I didn’t think they were repairable. Not only did she save me from buying new frames. She did it fast and with a smile. Thank you Jackie. You were awesome.
