just went in here for an appt couldn't pull up my insurance information even though I was able to pull it up and expected me to pay out of pocket was told if they couldn't pull it up nothing they could of done except for give me my insurance number which I had just called. no help what so ever
Recommendedgreat service during the exam. Social distancing strictly enforced with sanitation procedures in place. Receieved my new Specks and daily wear contacts today. Super friendly staff and also very knowledgable.
My prescription is expired, I get that. Due to the quarantine they aren't taking people face to face, I get that too and totally support their decision. I am down to my last pair of contacts which are already too old and I have been reusing them. I called and asked if they could simply send one trial pair to me in the meantime until I could get in and get examined again after the virus restrictions are listed. waited 25 min for an appt. clinic wasn't busy, dr seemed to have ample time to be seen around the clinic. unfortunately also had a 2 yr old with me didn't help, but after a long wait, my patience was thin too.
Long wait even with an appointment is frustrating, however, once we were seen, it was excellent service.
I was a little concerned about using a national chain for glasses for my wife, but my concerns were put to rest. The staff and crew in Gresham is great. My wife is in a wheelchair and it is difficult for her to get around. They did everything they could to make her feel comfortable with the exception of have to transfer her to a seat for the eye machine. I think that the Doc could have lowered the machine. Other than that, I would highly recommend them! 2 pair...$100 rock on!
It was shit. What a con. $60/pair. It ended up $300 for two pair. Will never go there again.
