Went in today to get glasses repaired that were under warranty (our insurance covers warranty on 1 pair).Was told that the guy (Carlos) who rang us up forgot to put the warranty on the glasses even though he specifically asked us which pair to warranty. So even though their employee messed up I would have to pay for a whole new pair of glasses. No thank you. RecommendedI can spoke for me and my experience today was good, just show up with a broken glasses and I get a replacement like in 10 minutes no questions ask, just service and done.

The prescreen exam PA was wonderful and very informative and helpful. The doctor was very nice and showed me pics and what they were looking for. Then the lady that basically checked me out was out of this world awesomely KIND. So sweet and great attitude. I appreciate all the people working at your store. They are great.

The doctors are very nice. Some of the staff is better than others but what really topped off me disliking this place is the fact that they gave my glasses away. I have no clue how someone can take another person's glasses and after they questioned me, I asked "do yall not ask for a person's identification?" The manager responded with "well people don't take other people's glasses." Yet here we are with me missing my glasses that were dispensed to someone else. The Dr was AWESOME, I was mislead by another eyecare place in Boyd. The whole staff was very professional and kind, they all knew what they were doing. The prices were very reasonable, especially when I dont have insurance. I would recommend America's Best to anyone. 5 Stars!!

I'm new to the needing glasses/contacts world lol older age is much fun lol so my experience with America's Best is from a new clients point of view and it was a wonderful experience, wonderful Drs and staff and they worked very hard on getting my pricing just right for my budget and worked for as long as it took and didn't get frustrated with me and for that I was so thankful and they have my business 100% I give this location and company 5 stars Thank you America's Best I really appreciate you all.
