This is my second time to go here. The deals they offer and the level of service are hard to beat. Dr. Ortiz is very thorough, thoughtful and considerate. The front staff are always professional. Special shout out to Janet. She helped me pick exactly what i needed and wanted AND i was able to do all of this on my lunch hour.
My experience with America's Best has been always a great one.Been with them for years here in Mansfield.2 pairs,lenses i pair sunglasses for aroud $200 cant be beat.I highly recommend them and thats with a free eye exam.Happy New Year 2018!!!!!!

Went there only because the Cedar Hill store was booked and I needed to get in ASAP. Sat thru the appointment told them I needed trials for an upcoming vacation and they didn't have my prescription(which I've never had a problem with before) and then the tech actually had the nerve to suggest I wear a prescription that could cause me to not see well and impair my vision. Seriously? Why give me something I won't be able to see from? Yeah I want to be blind and uncomfortable on my vacation... Never again
Everybody was Professional and Friendly, made me feel at home.
