America's Best in now ********* Worst! I made an appointment for my mom a little more than a week in advanced only to find out that the doctor took the day off and that it was going to be a virtual visit as we showed up yesterday at their **********, ** location. Nice people, liked doctor a lot BUT these frames and lens are horrible. I paid 4 times more than previous pair from ***** and got a worse product. Will use doctor again but never will waste money on their glasses

I wish I could leave no stars! I went in on April 17th. Was told my last prescription may have had an over adjustment. Was supposed to receive two different trials for the two prescriptions. 2/12 months later and a phone call every week I finally received trials. Because there was a manufacturer delivery issue on one brand and so they finally ordered me their brand. I called and found out my trial was in went to pick up and received both brands but only one of the prescriptions for both pairs I received! I have no idea which... read more

I enjoyed my visit at America Best in Merchants Park. *** was the one that help me with my eyeglasses purchase. Treated me with the upmost respect! Very friendly and knowledgeable about her job.Thank you ***

The staff was great was able to look up my insurance information without my card. Great service, the doctor was an a****** rude does not know how to speak to customers or staff he was rude to the lady that did the exams. Definitely inappropriate, he made it seemed like she was a problem. Get a new doctor the rest of the staff was great

Had an appointment in the beginning of February and they changed my contacts to ones specifically for astigmatisms so I thought that maybe my vision would be better and I was excited to try them out but they didn't have any in stock and had to be ordered so they said they would let me know when they came in. I finally got a call about 2 weeks ago that they were finally there. We are now in the middle of June so 4 months later I was finally able to try this new pair of contacts. ******************************* at ************** location in *********, ** was great experience. I go there and get my contact lenses annually and with there 3 year exams for 89,.00 and I walk out with only paying ***** for my exam only. I recently got married and my husband loves that location also because it's not far from where I live. He got Exam and 2 new pairs of glasses and he loves them. I highly recommend this location!!
