RecommendedBest place for your money
Not very informative with insurance rules, not very informative about contact prescriptions. I was sold the “eye care club” unnecessarily but that’s my own fault for not understanding it all. This location is the reason I will not return to any America’s Best. Don’t just assume people know all aspects of your services.
RAY LITERALLY SHOWED ME THE WAY...HE NOT ONLY ASSISTED ME WITH MY VISION, HE ALSO SHOWED ME THAT HIS AWESOMENESS IS CONTAGIOUS!!! THERE NEEDS TO BE MORE RAY OF LIGHTS IN THIS WORLD!!!
My husband and I just got our glasses and were very pleased. Everyone was so helpful and our wait was very short. We will be coming back again for sure.
The receptionists were pleasant and knowledgeable on insurance. Gabby was very helpful. The assistant to dr was, I thought was the doctor, also very nice and professional.
I walked in to the store for the first time with an 11:10 appt. They handed me a form with writing so little I could hardly see it and when I mentioned it the desk staff had a nice chuckle. The fact that I had a hard time seeing the form was amusing I guess. So I fill out form and am told to go sit in a metal chair and I would be called in just a couple of min. At 11:40 I walked out. Not one staff member, nothing, they just let me sit for 30 minutes. Not a word not a I'm sorry, no update nothing.
