My wife and I both needed glasses, went in and met with Vicki. She knew what she was doing and did a great job helping us. We are both very satisfied with the results thank you Vicki.
Dr Simon was great however their special for $99.00 bifocals is a total fraud. The lady I had was very rude. She made me feel pressured into different frames I did not like at all. She then proceeds to tell me that it will take 14-21 days before I received MY glasses. I asked what other options I had. I explained I was on a fixed budget and no insurance. Perfect for someone that doesn't have insurance. The price is very reasonable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Simon was amazing and super funny making the experience awesome. I highly recommend America's Best!!
Nobody knows what they are doing. Awful customer service, do not go there.
