RecommendedGood people and nice price’s
I loved the optometrist. Dr. Knepper. I wish I would have found him 24 years ago. Everyone was nice and knowledgeable and I got exactly what I wanted. I had to pay more but it didn't matter. I don't think I have ever gotten what I've really wanted because of insurance restrictions.

the lady at the desk is very nice and Mrs Beverly is great. everyone else there had rushed me, lied to me (my uncle is an optometrist and when I presented it to the staff they told me I was lied to), I keep getting told I need a a new exam every 5 month which is insane. I work more than the store is open and don't have time to accommodate just trying to run thru my 5 exams so I can owe them money again. after my next 2 exams I won't be back unfortunately. good pricing. with different service I would be a permanent customer.
I needed glasses for my son and we live in Honduras. We had a very short amount of time and they got them in as promised. The staff was so nice and made sure to make him feel special and the glasses are exactly what he wanted. Great service and quality. Your crazy if you don't go there......
Best place to get glasses. Staff was very friendly and didn’t discriminate against me during my visit. High quality glasses, great prices, friendly staff and service... what more can you ask for out of a clinic where you get glasses and/or contacts?
I had the best experience today with the assistant manager of the Charlotte pike Nashville TN store!!! Everyone was informative, polite, and helpful. I haven't gotten my glasses yet, but so far I'm impressed! Great deal!
