Do your research before coming into the office for glasses. The people attending you are nice but, please do not let them talk you into 'personalizing your glasses to your needs.' I got two pairs with the same frame but, with different transition packages. I was led to believe that one pair was going to have a set tint on them (for driving and / or something that could replace shades) but, you can't tell which is the darker set. After talking to them about the glasses, they admitted that there is barely a difference in tint.... read more
I am so very happy with the way we were treated there! For the most part friendly staff. The pre exam assistant was very nice and the OD was amazing! Very pleasant visit! No sales pressure to buy something we couldn't afford. Nice atmosphere and clean!
