Showed up to Utah to visit the kids and my wife forgot her soft contacts that go under her prescription lens. No kidding...in the Salt Lake Airport parking lot we did a Google Search for contact t lens suppliers. Made the very short drive down to West Valley City and walked in to tell our story. Miss Vasti was SO helpful. She gave us some samples and sent us on our way. We were so grateful. I sincerely appreciate this store for the help that they so graciously provided.
The doctor was Brittany Lee. She was very rude. She did not introduce herself. She sped through the questions, and gave me a weaker prescription than my last. I asked her to please re-examine because it didn't seem logical that she was giving me a weaker prescription, but she shrugged it off and ignored me. Now I have a hard time seeing and I have to go see a different eye doctor. Also, I recorded the interaction so I have proof.
Taylor the manager was great help getting my glasses figured out. I appreciate it and will be coming to this location for any of my needs from here on forward
The entire staff at this location are some of the most delightful and helpful people I've ever interacted with. They are such a breath of fresh air.
