I fell asleep on the couch with my glasses on, and a nose pad ripped off. Took my glasses in, and they replaced both nose pads for free!! 😃👍🏽👍🏽
Great employees fast and efficient service
Until recently I would have raved about America's Best, unfortunately, that is no longer the case. I've uncovered records and billing errors and instead of getting help, I'm getting blamed. Aida & Barbara in Corporate have been no help. I felt so helpless I filled a BBB complaint, my first ever, and they could care less. They're holding my prescription hostage! I walked in there around 5:45 spent about twenty minutes looking at frames and trying some on. There were others in the store but no associates greeted me or approached me to see if I needed help or had questions. I left..... two clerks were present and had finished with their customers... but no one said a word to me. NEXT!!!
I went in for the $69 eye exam deal. I have never had an exam before and so I added the extra field view. Everyone was very professional. I didn't have to wait to long and then got 2 pairs of glasses for $69! I added the anti-glare to both of them so I had an extra $75 charge but in all still not bad for 2 pairs of glasses. I would recommend
Rudest employees ever!! The doctor was great, very professional. But the staff checking me in was not friendly or courteous. The tech Emily who was helping me choose glasses was rude. She acted as if she had better things to do & was not Open to answering questions. And she was very annoyed when I questioned the pricing. I left there utterly disgusted with their service and purchased my glasses from Walmart. Walmart's price was better and they took time to answer my questions politely and courteously.
