Fist time there. My daughter an appt at 2:50. At 3:20, we still had not been called back. A woman walked in citing she had a 3:30 appt and was immediately taken back. We did not see a doctor until after 4:00. If it were not for the free exam/2 pr. special, I never would have gone. When I questioned why it took so long for my 8 year old to get called back, they told me they got busy and needed to call my insurance carrier.
The entire staff and dr were awesome throughout my exam and picking out my frames.
This location was my worst experience ever! The doctor is about 100 years old, can hardly talk, and spit all over while he talked! Then he told me to put my face against the machine and it was GROSS (makeup and god only knows what else)!! I told him I wasn't touching it until it was cleaned and he actually had to leave the room to find alcohol wipes to clean it! Anyone that thinks they are going to get a free eye exam and 2 pairs of glasses for $69 is foolish. I got my free eye exam plus paid the extra $15 for the extensive eye test (why wouldn't you?) and 2 pair of nice glasses for a $183.00. You get what you pay for. I feel that was a fair price.
I went there in early 2007 to get a eye exam and glasses! They wanted a extra 15 dollars for a more extensive exam . Which I choose not to pay . Well I got glasses, but they failed to tell me that I had cataracts. Well shortly after that I lost my job . I did manage to get my cataracts taken care of . No thanks to them! They are a a poor excuse for a eye care facility!
Worst experience of my life. Don't waste your money, go somewhere else. They are nothing but scammers. Two pair and a free eye exam for $69 is just a scam to get you to come in. I will NEVER go there again and will do everything in my power to make sure others don't fall for the same scam I did. GO ANY WHERE BUT HERE!!!!!
