Great experience, team was great and kind. John was very helpful and helped answer all questions.
I had such a great experience at the Maplewood location that I wish I could call out everyone I interacted with by name. From the kind soul from another store helping out in reception, to the absolute queen that performed my eye assessments, to Dr. Gsell, to John, everyone was professional, thorough, and efficient.
John is exceptional. He demonstrates professionalism, provides outstanding customer service, and maintains a positive attitude.
