Jess, who I believe is the office manager, is absolutely amazing, and the staff is just as wonderful because of the example she sets. Her level of customer care is exceptional. Every time I come in with my granddaughter, she takes great care of us. She’s fun, friendly, fast, and always makes us feel welcome. It’s rare to find customer service like this anymore. When I say things the best americas best I ever been to I promise it is! I’ve been having migraines due to my glasses being broken this gentlemen he was brown I’m so sorry forgot his name but he said he would at least try to fix them. They had glue on them even from me trying myself. I told him I’d be back when I leave the nail shop. He already had them bagged up I thanked him immensely because I’ve been struggling so bad with the these broken glasses and would have to wait for new ones!! Amazing 10000 stars if I could
