The staff has always been helpful and patient.. when my son can’t pick out his frames. Also fixed my sunglasses screw for no charge ! Tu for service!

I had a great experience at the Maplewood location. Very customer service oriented staff and outwardly friendly. I appreciated the 1:1 training session for my contacts. I recommend.
Got my daughter a contact exam and was told it would be a few days until they received her trial pair. A week later they called to tell me they have them only to say they can't schedule her to come in to get them for another entire week! That's ridiculous
