They were very nice n helpful i tell others to go there i recommend it to others
One was ok while the other was the wrong frame. The man I went with ordered a pair of reading glasses and one for distance. He recieved 2 for reading. This is our 2nd time going there. After the first time we said never again. Well we gave the benefit of the doubt n returned. Our appointments were for 10:30 and 10:45. The 10:30 appointment ended up being after 1pm. I really Love this place. They made me feel comfortable.
Horrible customer service and nasty attitudes. Scheduled an appointment and finally saw someone at 1:30 and they rushed through everything.
By far I continue to have the worst experience here and now going on the third time. I have had to be refunded multiple times because of their errors and mistakes and their. The doctor however is great to bad his staff that is not knowledgeable on a whole lot!
