Avoid America's Best and use a private optometrist and not these corporate chains. They work like an assembly line and it shows. Went for my initial visit back in late Dec. 2019...Had an appointment for 5:30-5:45pm that day. Didn't get seen until 6:45. The tech couldn't work the machines correctly to get the measurements of my eye and test for other diseases. The other techs were busy so she said "The doctor will just handle it in the room." RecommendedFriendly service and nice inexpensive glasses.
I was disappointed: 1) I was told they would call me when my glasses were ready. I had to call them only to be told “they’ve been ready”. 2) Then when I come to pick them up, they have to find them. 3) It was my first time wearing progressives which the tech marked on the sheet so I could get assistance learning to wear them. The man that helped me said nothing so I asked about it. He says “yes I see it”. He tells me to look outside and see if I can tell the difference. Ugh! Great for glasses but why force customers to use expensive brands of contacts they can’t afford and don’t want? Oh and this location needs a customer service class.
They suck the tv tells you it's one price you get there it's a totally different price one lady at the front is so rude you make an appointment that you think is your time only but nope 10 more people with the same time please do better and I still walked away with no glasses because if timing matter even the priced changed I was still going too get them because I needed them but oh never again at this location for me horrible
Great customer service and a wonderful selection of glasses
Good customer service. Like the way the doctor explained why I dont need prescription in my lenses and a good way to help me see at night.
