I’ve been wearing contacts since I was twelve, I’m now 48! I could make one pair of contacts last more than a year, now I’m on six month contacts and they tear after two weeks! I’m in my 4th box per eye since January and the only thing the store tells me, is I need to buy some cleaner! No your contacts are not durable and tear after wearing over two weeks and If something is not done for me I’ll be taking my prescription elsewhere! I took my mother here to get her eyes checked and to get some new glasses. They were extremely professional and didn’t pressure her in an attempt to sell her anything she wasn’t interested in. They were also very helpful when it came to picking out the best style of frames for her. I recommend this place to anyone who needs new glasses.
5 stars. Felt welcomed and they made sure I was comfortable before I left. Doctor was efficient and well educated. The other staff very friendly and helpful! Definitely glad I went there. Now I get 3 years exams for just 20 extra! Love it!!
The drive was worth it! 3 people in and out in less than an hour. That includes eye exams and 2 sets of glasses each. Price was 350-500 each. NO INSURANCE with specialty lenses. Whole lot cheaper on the old wallet than what I had to pay per a person with insurance last year.
Should be called Americas WORST... my wife n were in the Eastgate location last month. She tried on and picked out a couple pair of frames that THEY wrote the numbers down for when she came back for her eye exam. Which we scheduled for TODAY, while they wrote the frame info down. We called to see if she could be seen earlier than scheduled because something came up... they do not even have my wife scheduled. The clerk was unsympathetic or even apologized. DO NOT GO HERE...
