The Young Lady That Saw Before I Checked Out Talked Like She Couldn't Open Her Mouth . She Trying To Be Cute He Customer Service Sucks The Young Man Had To Help He And I Didn't Like Her Attitude It Was A Turn Off. Every Time I Go There It's Something So I Will Take My Money Else Where After I Return On The 22nd, I Will Never Go Back Again.
Their representatives are so RUDE!!! They act like they are doing YOU a favor by going to them. I will never go to or recommend this establishment to ANYONE.
The employees were very friendly and easy to work with. They answered all my questions and did a great job. Can't wait to get my new glasses.

Granted the people are friendly but I will never ever refer or purchase any glasses from them ever again. I don't care what type of specials they have. I brought 2 pair of glasses 8 mnths ago and both pair broke the same way. I will never go back to them ever again and I will be spreading the word to never ever go there. I have had a pair of glasses from Walmart for $9 and still have them and they are 5 years old.
Friendly extremely helpful staff I arrived about an hr early helped me get situated with my vision insurance quickly and was in and out everyone was very knowledgeable
The staff is Sheila Lane are both courteous and professional! My glasses fit the first time with the right medication and everything. I've never been happier in my life and please watch out for the crazy lady named Andrea who will fit you!!!!!! Thanks AB!
