RecommendedI love America's best for their great deals and awesome frames. I've went for years, take all 3 of my kids there. I get compliments on my frames alot and always let people know where I got them. Today however, they made my entire day. Both pairs of my glasses broke, through my own clumsiness, and I found the exact same pair in store, and the gentleman Carey who was helping me went above and beyond by putting my old lenses in the new frames, so I don't have to suffer my broken ones for the next 10 to 14 days. 1 year ago went for bifocals for reading. Eyes very blurry. never had glasses before. I also mentioned a glare in my right eye. Dr said I had a small cataract but it wasn't a problem. She said the $400 glasses would help. The glasses didn't help anything and I had them redone. Today I had the 1st of 2 cataract surgeries. The Dr. should have never had me buy glasses. She didn't even dilate my eyes. No glasses help cataracts!!! Very Upset!

I had to get my eyes tested again to find that my prescription was not right. And I can’t see out my glasses I want my money back Bad business
Had a scheduled appointment for my 5 yo. no mention of age issues. walked it, they asked for name under appointment, asked if she knew ABC, given paper to fill out. they came back and refused to see her saying the other doc was sick who sees children.. we got there at 3 and had no calls of this doc being sick or to reschedule. got a text reminder of appointment...never going back so... Americas Best don't even comment back to apologize because you have multiple negative reviews for the same thing so you won't fix the problem... read more
Good thing we didn't have anywhere to be. Gf's appointment for 12:40, walked in 5 minutes early to do the paperwork as requested. While filling out the paper a lady comes in and says she has appointment for 12:50. We went to the waiting room around the corner and sat about 10 minutes waiting and it was about 12:50 and guess who got bumped back, us! Watched the lady who came in AFTER us with an appointment scheduled for AFTER us go in first. I'm sorry, but we come from Indiana and we arrived on time, so why did we not get in ... read more
