RecommendedNever going back to my private eye doctor again. The doctor here was fabulous and tells you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear and I love that honesty. Great selection in glasses and the cost is wonderful! My son is very happy and my husband can’t wait to come there next week!!!
Awful. I got there at 11:40 for my noon appt. At 1:20, there was still one more person to be seen before me. I humbly ask the question, “what is the point of an appointment?” I just left never to return.
They were very nice, friendly and courteous
Dr Steven Zoll’s bedside manner is terrible. And I’m coming from 15+ years experience in customer service in the medical field. I literally had to decline exam and walk out of office as the Dr was so aggressive and hostile towards me- All because I asked to order a different brand contact lens. Would never go back. Ever.
Only because I couldn't pick "0" will they get a "1". Scheduled our appts for both my daughter and myself to call 30 minutes prior and say the Dr won't see her because she is 6. She currently wears glasses, from them, and was coming for her recheck because she is due. Seriously? What a ridiculous mistake on their part. Our business will go elsewhere and these stores are everywhere!!
Did not like my doctor. Not a very pleasant or friendly doctor. They were very unhelpful and it has taken over a month and a half to get my contacts in stock. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
