Terrible, terrible terrible! Go somewhere else if you want accurate information from anyone of their staff. Doctor was kind and did a good job but that about where I draw the line. Their mistake and oversight became my inconvenience. They lost me as a customer, my husband and I will never recommend them to anyone. In fact, I will advise people to find another vision care provider even if it costs more. The hassle and inconvenience is not always worth the savings.
Was expecting for a great experience today , service desk at the entrance wasn’t friendly nor welcoming what so ever . Didn’t feel welcomed with both my 2 and 4 year old . Seemed as if this place wasn’t kid friendly. Employees just had bad looks for everything(the way they looked at us) ,except the doctor and the lady who helped me with my glasses ( they were both extremely friendly) but just over all with the experience I had here wasn’t great at all . $99 eye club for 3 years of eyes exam ( twice a year ) ... say no more !! 😂 Beyond that technician/Pam was very nice and informative of every step. Loung was thorough, firm and fast! Great customer service, Awesome team work everyone.

Had an awesome experience here. I honestly was hesitant to try a chain like this for my contact lens exam, but I don't have insurance and needed to find the least expensive option to update my contact prescription. Everyone was super nice and friendly, and they had plenty of staff for a busy Saturday. I was seen within 15 minutes of my appointment time with very little delay in between the different "phases" of my appointment.
