Scheduled appointment, went through pre-exam and then was told to reschedule and come back because it was too close to lunch and the Dr. had to leave. I understand the need to eat lunch but why have an appointment slot at 1pm if the Dr. Is just going to leave in the middle? I've never experienced such horrible customer service. I work full time and I'm a student, I took off work to get this exam done and because of this place I lost time and money. Don't waste your time with this business and go somewhere else.
The wait is terrible even with appointment...1 and a half hours to get an eye exam
Long, arduous wait with an 11 year old. Finally seen, retested, unable to get a new prescription. Needs to see a different place- 3 hours for that

We got in on a Saturday for an eye exam without much of a wait and Wayne was excellent in helping us with the checkout process. Can't beat their prices!
