Don't even know. Staff was horrible,service horrendous, Lab terrible as well. Advertising misleading. Do not use!

I had a wonderful experience getting my daughters eye exam done and picking out her glasses. Very friendly and accommodating staff!! They went above and beyond working with our insurance. Did I mention how friendly they were?!? I would highly recommend them. They also handled referrals as my daughter needs to see a neuro opthomologist. 5 ⭐️ stars
The doctor is great but the sales staff is rude and doesn't seem to care if they help you or not. I asked for a box of my contacts which they have in stock but the girl didn't want to do her job so she said I should just order them online......I left with my prescription and will buy my glasses and contacts somewhere else! Awful customer service
My appointment was at 9:20, actually was in to get exam about 9:15, went very smoothly, no strong arm tactics to up sell. Even had my very own "Fashionista" Ivan to give me fashion eyewear advice.
Was my first time in this store. I'm a customer of the Carrolwood store, well was. I'll be returning to Brandin from now on. The staff was super friendly, wasnt really any wait time to be seen, and even listened to what I put a pair of glasses through and helped me with my requirements. Thank you all!!!
