Customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen!! Staff were joking talking loud and acting as if they were at a get together instead of work!!! I made an appointment for 11:50 arrived ON TIME to be told by the clueless receptionist my wait was 30 minutes! So appointments obviously aren’t needed due to all the walk ins because I wasn’t called back until 12:30. At that point I was over it and will be taking my business elsewhere!!! Staff need to get a clue at this location!! It was a total waste of my time!!!!
