Great experience. Very patient with our young children and very kind to my wife and I. Explained things we were confused on, clearly. They have great deals, too.
Only deal with Clarisia -- This lady is an asset to the company and knows what customer service is all about. I went there and dealt with another employee who wanted to "up charge" me on everything and not try to find the best product for my needs. I had to call about my prescription and Clarisia helped me and because of her customer service over the phone I gave them another chance. My appointment is at 5 pm I arrive at 502 first they ask if my name is stefanie then oh sorry I had the wrong day then they say oh sorry the doctor left early we will have to reschedule we are really sorry wth
Do not go here. I went paid what they said I would owe and 2 weeks later, I get a bill for 45 dollars. Called customer service, no help once so ever. Said I had to pay 45 dollars more. Very unsatisfied customer.
No complaints i really like this eye doctor he knows what he is doing. Everyone is always helpful when i go.
I had my eye exam yeasterday ..Dr was great exsplained everything ..Staff was amazing very helpful and done all they could to get you the best deal for your money .I havent gotten my glasses yet so i cant comment on how good they are ..But it was quick in and out in little time .Prices are very reasonable ..with my experience so far i would definitely recommend them .
