Bought a pair of glasses about a month and a half ago. The glasses broke and clearly a defect. Would not warranty them. They told me that I would need to buy a new frame for $120 and they can transfer the lenses. Went over to Walmart and bought a completely new pair with a year warranty for $52. Never will go back.
RecommendedI will never go anywhere else to get glasses. America’s Best is really the best. Their staff are great Jasmine was a joy to work with. The selection for frames is wonderful. I left today overjoyed with how well my experience was. I feel like the staff really care about getting you the beat deal and taking care of your needs. Thank you for being awesome!!
got an email @ 736 am and a text 45 min before my appt. I drove 30 min to get there and they tell me I am double booked and would have to reschedule. why is it my fault that you double booked me?
Both my husband and I went in for our eye exams. The staff is friendly, but we both had to go back in with our contacts because the prescription wasn’t strong enough. They fixed it, but the hassle of having to go back multiple times to have things adjusted is a pain.
they are friendly an helpful.. I go there for my glasses an for my kid's glasses.. just wish they took more insurance company but they work with you on anything..
We had some excellent help/service and care at our last 2 visits here. The store manager (Jen?) went above and beyond to help get my daughter into her contacts. Today when we picked up our new eyeglasses, the store manager again did so much more than was "expected." Shawna did our eye exam screening and she was so understanding when my daughter had anxiety about the puffer test. This place is pathetic. We went in almost 3 weeks ago and were told they could not find our eyecare plan--which is complicated because it is a pediatric plan through our health insurance provider. They also told me that we needed a contact prescription because our form only had a spectacle prescription. That said, last Monday I called and provided them with the details they should have needed and told them that both the doctor we saw and another store told them that they just needed to convert them.
