This place has horrible customer service. The doctor and the workers in the front are rude and highly impatient. They refused to give me my prescription which is illegal. They lost my chart which has all of my personal information, so to fix that, all they did was create a new chart? (HIPPA violation). I ordered glasses a few weeks ago and they used their little machine that heats the frames to resize them and scratched the lens so bad to where I could barely see out of them.
