Staff is awful and will rip you off in any way possible.
Terrible customer service. Different staff give different answers. They advertise 2 COMPLETE sets of eyeglasses for $70. Then they upsell to almost $800!!! I get making money, but that is crazy. Bait and switch for sure.
worst freaking place ever!!!! my family walks in with mask on their faces and they were not good enough. their mouth and noses were covered. i will not reach into a box of mask that they have sitting on a table where everyone can touch..Before i went i called and ask what type of mask they needed and the lady said it needed to be snug and on the mouth and nose. F*ck You people!!! worst experience ever!
cancelled my appointment twice, don't waste your time with these a**clowns
was here once before. great all around the product held. second time not so much. got 2 pairs of eyeglasses and the exam in Feb I believe. its now July, both pairs have both broke. first pair I let slide, thought maybe I did something myself, got the other new pair out. been wearing them since, well tonight the screw fell out for no reason at all. luckily I was able to recover it and get it back in. just really frustrating I paid money out of my pocket that I worked for, to h… See more

Will never use this company again. Patients are not cared about. You are just a number here. We will never be so glad to go back to our old doctor. We may pay out of pocket a little, but its much less than the hundreds of dollars that these people rope you into. They tell you $69, but dont tell you about all the hidden fees. Thanks for nothing, America's Worst!
