This was once the best eyeglass center around. About a year and a half ago, the quality of the glasses dropped. I paid $500 for mine, and within 3 months, they broke. They have broken several times since, and since they are "out of warranty " I have to pay to fix them. I've worn glasses for 55 years, and never had the arm fall off, or the lens pop out. The progressive line is not in the right spot, so they "adjust " the arms. Now, the transition lens has spots in numerous places. I have had the same problem with my (children... read more
Had an appointment set up a week ago, came in today and was taken care of with everything within one hour. Good experience, nice people. Glasses should be in 5-7 days and I cannot wait.
I went to get my eyes examined this evening and afterwards I was looking for the perfect pair of glasses and with the help of one of the employees she helped me find the perfect pair. She was very helpful and kind. I would recommend this place to anyone and I give this place 5 stars!
The staff here is SO amazing! I'm the most indecisive person ever and they were so patient with me while I picked out my glasses. Plus the prices were amazing!
