Let the sale person explain what their prices is. U pick out the frame. Sales person tells u what u can get on your glasses. Yes I need that no I didnt. She gives u a grand total of two sets of glasses. U pay. Come back when u get a call they r ready. Get sized to c if they fit. Walk out of store w glasses. Done deal. . .
The service is horrible! The doctor was very unprofessional. Arguing with staff, insulting customers. I have advised all that I come in contact with to STAY AWAY!
Price quote is a total lie!! It does not include extra things that are necessary for eyeglasses. I paid almost $500.00 for the exam and two pair of glasses. Even though they were progressive bifocals, they did not come out to the advertised price for progressives. What a rip off!!!
They gave me a prescription that said my eyes were better but I went in because my eyesight was worse. They wouldn't work me in for a re-exam before I needed to return my new glasses. Also, the doctor's 'bedside manners' were terrible! I won't be going there again!
