I ordered contacts from here on October 10th when I ordered I was told they usually come in in about a week! I hadn’t heard anything so I called to check on them and when I called they said now it usually takes 2 weeks to get in. Okay. It’s been over 2 weeks now and still don’t have anything I called on Monday and they told me they had 1/2 of my order(contacts for one eye) but still waiting in the other half. Waited an hour before walking out. What's the point of making an appointment? You may have America's best glasses but your customer service is terrible.
great knowledgeable staff
Last year the eye Dr gave me a great exam and acchived 20/25 this year my eyes are slightly improved and the Dr I had could only acchieve 20/30 so I now have 2 new pairs of glasses I can't see to read with. So I spent $89.95 for absolutely nothing. Not happy and won't be going back
everything about them is fabulous. the staff is knowledgeable, the doctor is thorough. all in all awesome experience

Worst experience every I told the lady I wanted to get the two pairs of glasses for the $69 special come to find out I had to pay $79 for an appt that was suppose to be free and didn't walk out with glasses.... very misleading advertisement...
I called and asked for an appointment. They got me in that day and everyone was very friendly and professional. Amazing prices for glasses too!
