RecommendedGreat experience. They properly enforced mask wearing and Social Distancing. Dr. Dean is a true professional who made me feel comfortable. She was excellent at her job too. She is now my go to eye doctor. Everyone in the shop was kind and attentive.

I recommend everything about America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses!! They’re all around the best and kindest people! Everyone makes you feel right at home, they are quick and efficient without being rude and short. Altogether a wonderful experience. I also would say that everything is fairly priced.
Today the nose piece broke off the frame of my eyeglasses, so I took them to America’s Best, on Grindstone, for repair- which is where I bought them. The store was very busy when I arrived, but a gentleman came immediately from the back somewhere, asked if I’d been helped, and proceeded to take care of my glasses. I believe a coworker called him Arnelle. The service he provided was prompt, polite and professional, and I appreciate the great service. Thank you.
Ok so I get here yes late but good customer services involves staying late for your customers not telling them to leave and resched when they have already told that 1. They did not get a phone call to see if you on your way 2. They tell you this is their only free time 3. They had a bad traffic jam. So yes very poor customer service. And what made it worse was when I got in there and I explained to the woman my appt was at 520pm she laughed at me. I'm like wtf it is rude to laugh at customers like that.
Love the whole team, very easy to deal with.We always get there early to look at all the cool glasses they have. I still managed to get seen earlier than my appointment time. I have been going here for 15 years now, and they never disappoint. Shout out to Robert for making things fun, he even let me know which glasses look best on me and which ones held up the longest. I had a very good experience today everyone was very knowledgeable and informed me on what I needed. Now I'm just waiting for my glasses.
Dr. Dean is so kind, caring, and knowledgeable. I’ve been going to her for years and will not be changing anytime soon. Cody is super helpful and kind as well!
I was able to walk in do my papers. Pick out my frams. And they were ready for me. Everybody was so nice. Have to say there one of the better America's best I have been to. :-) can't wait for my glasses to come in.
When you want to wait a hour past your apptmont and you have other things you need to do and they said they don't care they can reschedule you after you have done been sitting and waiting a hr after your appt. Pissed Passed off right now will be getting new eye DR. Next year!!!! Some people had jobs they have to get to still haven't been seen yet
