Very nice customer service everyone had a smile on their faces greeted you with a smile upon walking thru the door. Doctor was very thorough with explaining everything concerning your prescription very nice selection of frames love the deals.One thing they need a full time doctor at the location that is the only downfall
The staff was great and the Dr (if I remember right, his name was Dr Jones)was so very pleasant and thorough! I've had MANY eye exams and never had that much attention to detail as this Dr gave. Sure, the wait was a little long, but I was prepared for it. (You can always use that wait time to be looking at frames). The staff seemed patient and kind and I will definitely drive the hour to get back over to the Macon location for my glasses and contacts. I can't wait to get my new glasses and contacts! :) ♡♡♡
I am extremely dissatisfied with this location. I come in today for my annual eye exam and there are 4 people ahead of me who have NOT beeb seen! The Doctor on duty was running way behind schedule and when he comes in he doesn't apologize to his customers I highly recommend you do not come here.
Upon coming in to look at the frame selection, I was very pleased to see the very wide selection of very stylish frames! Although the reception desk wasn't the friendliest, my appointment was handled very well. My eye exam went very well too. I enjoyed the patience shown to me when I was deciding on what lens was clearer, for instance. My two pair of glasses were ready for me to pick up in one week's time and I have been so pleased with them.
